He called Theo, a computer science student at York who spent most of his time building things that weren't on any syllabus — medical imaging pipelines, retrieval systems, AI agents that could chain together decisions without falling apart. The question was simple: what if we built an AI automation company that treated SMBs the way the big firms treat their enterprise clients? Same quality systems. Fraction of the cost.
