What if we don’t know what we want yet?
That’s exactly what the analyser is for. Five minutes of input → costed roadmap. No buy decision made.
How long does Bespoke Build actually take?
Quick Wins / Shadow Ops are 7 days. Bespoke Build is phased, first usable system in 4–8 weeks, full deployment 3–6 months. Each phase is signed off independently.
Do we need an AI team on our side?
No. One technical point of contact (someone who can grant API access) is enough. We handle everything else.
Can we cancel?
Quick Wins and Shadow Ops are month-to-month, no lock-in. Bespoke Build is phased, pause between phases any time.
What if the analyser says the answer is "don’t use AI"?
Then we tell you that. Most automation problems do benefit, but some don’t. We’d rather lose the deal than ship something that won’t move your numbers.
