Every regulated check tracked per property: LGSR, EICR, fire risk assessments, asbestos surveys, water hygiene, smoke and CO alarms. Escalating reminders, contractor allocation, evidence stored against the property record.
Data pulled from HMS, repairs platform, comms tools, and rent system. Validated against the regulator’s schema, assembled into the required format with a draft narrative. Senior reviews, signs, submits.
Planned maintenance announcements, satisfaction surveys, event invites, complaint follow-ups, mid-tenancy check-ins. Multi-channel, on-brand, with replies parsed and routed to the right officer.
Predictive model on payment patterns, tenancy data, and contact history. At-risk tenants surfaced for proactive support, not late-stage chasing. The income team focuses on the households where intervention still works.
Complaint intake classified, routed, acknowledged within policy, tracked through stage 1 / stage 2 / Ombudsman referral. Determinations logged, learnings extracted, repeat issues surfaced for senior review.
