Terms of Service.
Last updated · 5 May 2026
These terms govern your use of bespokeworks.ai (the “Site”) and the AI-automation services delivered by BespokeWorks AI Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Companies House 14553823), Unit 9, Magreal Industrial Estate, Freeth Street, Birmingham B16 0QZ (“BespokeWorks”, “we”, “us”).
By browsing the Site you accept these terms. By engaging us for paid services, you accept these terms and any service-specific Statement of Work.
1. Use of the Site
You may browse, share, and reference content on the Site for personal or business purposes. You may not scrape the Site at scale, replicate it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to non-public areas (including /admin/*), or interfere with the Site’s availability for others.
2. Lead-generation tools
We provide free tools, Instant Analysis, Foundry benchmarks, the AI Glossary, for research and discovery. Output from these tools is informational, not advice. We do not warrant that any roadmap or recommendation is suited to your specific circumstances; your reliance on it is your own decision.
3. Paid services
Quick Wins, Shadow Ops, and Bespoke Build engagements are governed by a Statement of Work signed by both parties. The SOW prevails over these terms in case of conflict. Payment terms, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are set out in each SOW.
Quick Wins and Shadow Ops are month-to-month with 30-days’ notice. Bespoke Build engagements are phased; you may pause between phases without penalty.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your data, your inputs, and any derived business knowledge that exits our processing. We retain ownership of our prompts, agent architecture, the Foundry research stack, and any generic tooling we develop in the course of an engagement. Engagement-specific configuration (your prompts, your data flows) is yours.
5. Data & AI training
We do not train models on your data. We require the same of our model providers under our commercial agreements. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-handling story, including UK residency and customer-managed keys.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising under or in connection with the Site or any engagement is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost goodwill, or third-party model output costs.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Site at any time. Engagement termination is governed by the SOW; for month-to-month services, 30-days’ notice in writing.
We may terminate access to the Site or services for breach of these terms, repeated abuse of free tools, or non-payment.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
9. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
