Our story
One idea. Three perspectives.
Deen founded BespokeWorks and brought in Theo and Kris, two friends he had known for years, as co-founders. Together they have shaped the company across commercial direction, technology and operations.
That combination matters. A promising idea needs a clear business purpose, sound engineering and the attention to detail that turns a plan into something people can use.
Most of the difficulty in this work is not the demonstration. Software that convinces once, on a clean example, still has to hold up on a busy Tuesday. So we work where that is hardest: property, housing, care and the public sector, where a wrong answer has a human cost and the standard for trust is higher.

Our leadership combines business direction, technical judgement and operational follow-through. Each founder brings a different perspective to the same work. A founder is involved in every major project, with a wider team supporting the day-to-day work.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Deen Aslam
Deen founded BespokeWorks and leads its commercial direction, partnerships and client relationships. He grew up around his father's businesses and holds a BSc in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from SOAS, University of London.
He started the company convinced that AI would change how organisations work faster than most of them expect, and that the difficult part is not the demonstration but getting a team to rely on the result in a busy week.

AI is part of how we work
We use AI as a tool in our own work: to explore an idea, prepare the repetitive parts of a build and get from a question to something you can look at sooner. We work with our own agentic systems, and the documentation, testing and review still happen at every step.
A person keeps the final say. We read what the system produces, test the assumptions and keep the business purpose in view, because work nobody on our side understands cannot be taken further safely.
