Technology for a greater good.

Websites, software and the systems behind them, provided free for approved charity projects. We cover the agreed development work and external costs, so the focus stays on the people you help.

Charity Support

Tell us about your charity

What could better technology help you do?

Bring us the problem, the people it affects and what you would like to make easier. You do not need a technical specification to start.

Your next step

Request charity support

Tell us enough to understand the need. We will review your request and contact you to discuss the next step.

A short outline is enough. Please leave out sensitive personal information, beneficiary details and confidential documents. We can arrange secure sharing if needed.

We use your details to review your application and reply. Read our privacy notice

Free means free
For an approved project, we cover our work and the external costs we agree with you, including relevant hosting, domains and paid tools.
A clear charitable purpose
Show us who benefits and how the work will support a genuine charity. Registration details can help, but we can discuss other evidence too.
A practical, agreed scope
We agree what is included and how long any running costs or ongoing support are covered before work begins.

What we can help build

Less friction. More time for your mission.

We start with the work you need to improve and choose the technology around it.

Websites that help people act

Clear, accessible information, volunteer enquiries and service requests, shaped around the people who need to find you.

Systems behind the service

Backend software and connected tools that help organise requests, records and day-to-day work.

Tools your team can use

Useful automation, internal workflows and a handover that helps your staff or volunteers run what we build.

How the programme works

A clear route from need to delivery.

Our working principles
  1. Understand the purpose

We review your request, the charitable use and the people who will benefit. We may ask for supporting information.

  2. Agree the project

Together we define a manageable scope, the external costs we will cover, the support period and who will look after the system.

  3. Build and hand over

We work through the agreed project with you, check it against the need and help your team take it into use.

Useful to know

A few questions, answered.

Do we have to be a registered charity?

You need to demonstrate genuine charitable use. Include registration details if you have them, or explain the charity, its purpose and the evidence you can share. We review each request individually.

Are hosting and other external costs included?

Yes. For approved projects, we cover the external costs agreed as part of the project, as well as our own work. We set out the services, limits and period of cover before you commit.

Can you improve something we already have?

Yes. A better existing website or a small connection between systems can be more useful than a new build. Tell us what you use today and where it gets in the way.

Is every request accepted?

We review the charitable purpose, practical fit and our available capacity. Applying does not guarantee a project, but it gives us the information to consider how we can help.
