Free demo
From idea to use
Make it tangible. Then make it better.
A demo gives us something to question together. Each next step adds the detail, testing and support needed for real use.
- 01
Start with a free demo
Most engagements begin with a free demo of one workflow. We build a small working version with sample data, walk through it with you and agree what the real work should be.
The demo shows the idea and how the work could function. It is not the finished product: the real system is scoped, designed, built and tested with you afterwards.
How the free demo works - 02
Understand the constraint
Start with a specific piece of work. Trace where it begins, which systems and people it passes through, and where it slows down or needs correction. Include the person doing the task as well as the person accountable for its outcome.
The useful output is an agreed problem, an initial baseline and the questions that still need answering. A request for AI may turn out to be a missing integration or an unclear process, and BespokeWorks will say so.
- 03
Agree the boundaries
Set out what is included, what is excluded, who makes decisions and how change will be handled. Identify the data, system access and client participation the work depends on.
Make the commercial shape equally clear: the initial work, the continuing responsibilities and any third-party costs. Ownership, support and handover are discussed while there is still time to choose between alternatives.
- 04
Make progress reviewable
Use a working slice, a decision brief or a practical exercise to test the most important assumptions early. Show how it relates to the real task and invite the people who will use it to challenge the result.
Review quality and exceptions alongside speed. A workflow that handles the ordinary case also needs a sensible response when information is missing, an integration is unavailable or someone disagrees with an AI suggestion.
- 05
Prepare the organisation to use it
Before wider use, agree who owns the process, how people learn it, where they get help and what needs monitoring. Documentation and practice should be proportionate to the work people are expected to do.
Then decide what follows: handover, continuing development, an advisory relationship or a further learning programme. Every BespokeWorks engagement should leave an understandable next step.
- 06
A connected team, with clear owners
Commercial direction, technical decisions and delivery planning belong in the same conversation. Our leadership brings those perspectives together and agrees who is responsible for the work.
As the team grows, clear ownership matters more. You should know who is handling a decision, what is being reviewed and what happens next.
AI in the working process
More momentum. The same accountability.
AI helps accelerate the work. Our team still owns the decisions, the checks and the handover.
01
Explore
Use AI to organise ideas and develop an early view of the problem. Check it against the real context.
02
Make
Accelerate repeatable work and prototype the parts worth testing. Keep the source material and boundaries clear.
03
Review
People challenge the result, test the difficult cases and decide what is ready to use.
Progress you can review
Less guesswork between conversations.
A clear next decision
A working example to question
An owner for the next step
The form depends on the engagement: a decision brief, a software increment or a practical learning exercise. We agree what is useful before the work begins.

Bring us a workflow, a question or a decision. We will work through where to start.
